While trying to install themes & software on the S60 v3 or S60 v5, we would be getting this error. To overcome this, you  need to self sign the theme to get installed on to your phone. For this I have found any solution which worked for me.

First Step (One Time Process: 24 hrs):
1.       You need to get the .cert & .key file from any of sites. I used This Site to create the Certificate.
2.       Click on Register
3.       Create your Account
4.       After Creating the account, login to the account
5.       Click on "Apply cer".
6.       Enter the Model Number, IMEI number (to Get IMEI number dial *#06#) , add a Remark (just for Identification if you are apply certificate for one or more models on same account)
7.        Once you enter the details you need to wait for 12- 24 hrs for the certificate to get generated.
8.       Once the certificate is generated you can download from “My Certificate” after login to the site.
9.       Download .cer &.key file to your local computer.
Second Step:
1.       Download any SIS signer software. In my case I used SIS signer one from  here.
2.       Select the SIS file that need to signed, add the .cer & .key file downloaded from the first step.
3.       Click on "Sign SIS", a new SIS file will be generated on the same location.
4.       Upload to your phone, install & Enjoy !!!
